• Launched MITCON's Vocational School (V-School) at every taluka level to impact skill based self employment / wage employment training programmes
• Poverty alleviation programmes to empower men and women by taking up income generating activities under, Prime Minister Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP)
• Conducting training under Agro Clinics & Agro Business Centers (ACABC) Scheme sponsored by MANAGE, Hyderabad. We have by now trained more than 1500 agripreneurs  
• Conducted 30 Farmers' awareness programmes & 3 trainers' training programmes at different locations of North Eastern States in year 2009-10 sponsored by Forward Market Commission, Govt. of India
• Capacity building of NGOs for promoting micro enterprises, RNFS, group enterprise projects
• Capacity building of existing enterprises through cluster development projects
• Small Industries Management Assistants Programme (SIMAP), to enhance the competitiveness among SMEs, micro and artesian enterprises
• Acts as a nodal agency for promoting various loan schemes under socio economic development activities and conducting training programmes for Maulana Azad Minorities Financial Development Corporation (MAMFDC), Mumbai. (Disbursed loans to more than 21000 beneficiaries in past three years.)
• Vocational training activities launched at Delhi in association with Society for Self Employment, Govt. of N.C.T. of Delhi and Escorts Construction Equipments, New Delhi
• Conducting training programmes under Counseling, Retraining and Redeployment (CRR) of Rationalized Employees of Central Public Sector Undertaking (CPSU) for VRS optees in Maharashtra, Goa and Chennai
